Email contact@offlinguo.com. Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, language pair, and the exact message shown by the app. Send translation text only if you want support to review it.

There is no Offlinguo account, login, or password to reset.

Typed translation is free after setup. Supported language pairs can use Apple Translation after its required language resources are ready, before the optional Advanced Offline model is installed. Prepare your languages while connected, then test them before going offline. If a pair is unavailable, Offlinguo does not send the sentence to an online translation service.

In Settings, open Offline downloads and choose Advanced Offline. This is a separate, free download of about 2.2 GB. Use a reliable connection and keep enough free storage. Supported hardware and the language routes available in your version determine what you can use.

If setup is interrupted, return to the same download to continue. The app verifies the model files before marking them ready. The download controls also let you remove the package to recover storage.

Premium includes microphone input, Camera and photo translation, two-way Talk, and the offline Assistant. Each feature also needs its supported device, languages, and offline assets to be ready.

For Camera or a photo, finish the offline translator download and grant the access your device requests. For voice input and Talk, prepare the selected languages for on-device speech. Talk needs both sides of the conversation ready. If an on-device speech route is unavailable, it cannot use online recognition instead.

Assistant uses the downloaded model on your device and does not browse the web or provide live information. If it is unavailable, check Premium access and offline setup. Generated answers and translations can be inaccurate; check important details before relying on them.

Premium has Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable App Store plans. Apple shows the localized price, billing period, and any eligible offer in the app before you confirm. Offers depend on your eligibility and storefront.

After reinstalling or changing devices, sign in with the Apple Account used for your purchase, connect to the internet, and choose Restore Purchases in Offlinguo Settings. If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple to complete it. An active subscription or valid existing Lifetime purchase is needed for Premium access.

Existing Lifetime purchases remain restorable and grant Premium access. Lifetime is no longer offered as a new purchase. A Lifetime purchase does not renew; a separate active subscription still needs to be managed with Apple.

To change or cancel renewal, open iPhone or iPad Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose Offlinguo. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s subscription instructions.

Apple handles billing and refund decisions. To request a refund, follow Apple’s refund instructions. Refund eligibility depends on Apple’s terms and your country or region.

Saved translations, phrasebook entries, Assistant conversations, settings, and downloaded model data are stored locally. Use the relevant in-app delete controls to remove saved content or the offline package. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to normal iOS or iPadOS behavior.

Apple-managed language and speech assets are managed separately by iOS or iPadOS. Offlinguo has no account or translation database to delete. The Privacy Policy explains the separate purchase, model-download, product-analytics, diagnostic, website, and support data paths.

Machine translation can be wrong, including in ways that read fluently. Do not rely on Offlinguo for medical, legal, financial, immigration, safety-critical, or other communication where an error could cause harm.

If a result is useful to report, send the language pair and only the input text you choose to share. Support email is separate from the translation path.
