Offlinguo is provided by Anes Khadiri. These terms explain use of the app and its offline features. Contact contact@offlinguo.com with questions.

Offlinguo is now available on the App Store. Check the App Store listing for availability in your country or region.

Offlinguo is provided for personal translation use. You are responsible for what you translate and must not use the app for unlawful purposes.

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard License Agreement. The additional model-use restrictions below apply when you use Advanced Offline. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under the laws that apply to you.

Basic typed translation is free after setup. Supported language pairs can use Apple Translation after its required language resources are ready, without the optional Advanced Offline model. Other supported routes use the downloaded model. Prepare the resources for the features and languages you need before going offline. If the required local resources are unavailable, Offlinguo does not send the text to an online translation service.

Premium is offered as Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. The localized price and purchase details shown by StoreKit before you buy are authoritative for your storefront. Any introductory offer depends on Apple’s eligibility rules and the offer shown to you.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel renewal through Apple. You can manage your subscription in iPhone or iPad Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Offlinguo does not cancel renewal.

Premium includes microphone input, Camera and photo translation, two-way Talk, and the offline Assistant. Required offline assets, device support, and available language routes still apply. The offline translator is a separate, free download of about 2.2 GB.

Existing Lifetime purchases are non-consumable, do not renew, and remain restorable for Premium access. Lifetime is no longer offered as a new purchase. Use Restore Purchases in Settings after reinstalling or moving to another device. Apple processes payments and refunds under its terms. See purchase and restore help.

Advanced Offline includes Gemma and is subject to its Terms of Use and Section 3.2 use restrictions, which are incorporated into these terms and must be followed when downloading or using it. Copies are available in Settings.

Translation runs on your iPhone or iPad after the required language or model assets are installed. A connection may still be required for StoreKit, Apple-managed assets, or the Advanced Offline download. Device support, installed assets, storage, and the validated release policy determine which language pairs are available.

We do not guarantee that every language pair, device, or operating system has an available route. An unavailable pair remains unavailable rather than using an online translation fallback.

Machine translation can be wrong, including in ways that read as fluent and confident. Do not rely on Offlinguo for medical, legal, financial, immigration, safety-critical, or other communication where a mistranslation could cause harm.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights provided by mandatory consumer law in your country.

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes and we publish the updated terms here. The app includes model documents for its bundled version; review the applicable documents when you update the app or model. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
